Ingredients: Mamaki leaf.
Directions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried leaves in hot water for 10-15 minutes. For a stronger brew, let it steep longer or simmer gently. Enjoy warm, or chill for a refreshing island tonic.

A prepared blend made with fiber-rich botanicals and clay.

Ingredients: Psyllium husk, Flax seed, Rhubarb, Ginger, Licorice, Bentonite clay.
Directions: Mix 1 teaspoon of powder with 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. Drink 8 ounces (1 cup) of plain water after. Repeat this 1 to 3 times daily. Drink immediately. Don't take it with meals.

Ingredients: Fennel seed, Uva ursi leaf, Gravel root, Marshmallow root, Chicory root, Marjoram leaf.
Directions: Prior to going to bed, immerse 2-4 generous tablespoons of the mixture (10-20 grams) in 32 ounces of water (enough for 2 days), cover it, and let it sit overnight. The next morning, bring the mixture to a boil for 10-20 minutes, then strain it. An alternative method is to boil the blend and let it simmer for 20 minutes before straining. Consume 4 ounces four times daily for 21 days, ensuring to wait at least an hour after meals before drinking. If you feel discomfort in the kidney area, increase your water intake and dilute the tea.

Ingredients: Dandelion root, Milk thistle seed, Agrimony herb, Licorice root, Wild yam root, Peppermint leaf.
Directions: Before bedtime, soak about 2 heaping tablespoons of the blend in 24 oz of water, cover it, and leave it covered overnight. The following morning, bring the concoction to a boil, letting it simmer for 5-10 minutes, then strain it. The second best preparation is to boil the blend and simmer it for 10 minutes before straining. Drink 2 cups a day on an empty stomach. The tea can be taken ongoing or when you feel your liver is sluggish, during the preparation time of the liver flush, or for those who for some reason cannot do a liver flush.
